Frequently Asked Questions 

  • How long can I rent the equipment?

All prices for rental equipment is based on a weekly rental price. The Everything Beach Staff will deliver to your vacation home and pick up on the day of your departure.

 

  • Where do I place my dates of arrival and departure?

On the Check Out page make sure you place your Vacation Home Address in the “Shipping Address” section so the Staff will know where to deliver your items. Under the  “Shipping Address” section there is an Order Notes box. Please place your dates of arrival and departure as well as, any special instructions you would like for the Staff to know in this section.

  • What if I place an order but when I arrive at my vacation home I discover I do not need it?

If you arrive at your vacation home and find out the items you have rented are already at the home, there will be a $25 Return Fee. We will be happy to pick up the item(s) for you and reimburse you for the order.

  • Do you charge for delivery of rental items?

Delivery and pickup on Topsail Island (Topsail Beach, Surf City and/or North Topsail Beach) is included for orders of $75.00 or more.  Orders of a lesser value will be charged $15 for delivery.

  • When should I expect my rental order?

Normal deliveries start at 8:00 a.m. on Saturay and should be completed by 7:00 P.M. Most deliveries are made to the exterior of the building, usually the carport area. If your family is staying in a condominium or you have rented baby equipment, these items will be placed inside the entry door.  You do not have to be present for delivery.

Items should be available for departure pickup by 9:00 A.M.  Everything Beach is unable to get inside rental properties. Please place rental items outside where the items were found upon delivery. 

  • What if I need to adjust or add to my rental order?

During the Summer Season, orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Friday will be placed on Saturday’s Delivery Run. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Friday will be placed on the Sunday delivery run.  Orders placed on Sunday will be placed on the Monday delivery run.

  • Who is responsible if something happens to the equipment if it is lost, damaged or stolen?

Renters agree to pay to replace rental items lost, damaged or stolen while in their possession.  Replacement costs will be charged to the renter’s credit card.

For this reason, we ask that you inspect all equipmet upon arrival.  If you find a problem with your order, please call/text the  Everything Beach central office (910) 329-0994 as soon as possible. We will have your issue taken care of in a timely manner.

Everything Beach will not be held liable in the event of accidental death or injury due to the improper use or malfunction of rental items. This includes, but is not limited to, high chairs, cribs, baby gates, chairs, beds, grills, etc.

  • Are there any town ordinances that must be followed when using a BBQ Grill?

Grilling is not permitted on wooden decks, inside screened in porches, in garages and carport areas.

Grills must be cleaned and ashes dumped prior to pickup by the Everything Beach staff.  Failure to do so will result in a $15 cleaning charge to the credit card used to rent the items.

  • What if our plans change and we need to cut our vacation short?

If you decide to leave early, please call or text the Everything Beach central office (910) 329-0994 and let us know. Our staff will be happy to make arrangments for an early pickup.
