How long can I rent the equipment??

All prices for rental equipment is based on a weekly rental price. The Everything Beach Staff will deliver to your vacation home on the day of your arrival and pick up on the day of your departure.

Please note, the Staff at Everything Beach does NOT set up or take down beach chairs or umbrellas on a daily basis.


What if I place an order but when I arrive at my vacation home I discover I do not need it?

Cancellations: Renters agree that cancellations must be made more than 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled delivery date in order to receive a refund. Qualifying refunds are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Qualifying refunds are the total amount of your order (pre-tax) minus the $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.


When should I expect my rental order?

Deliveries are based on a 5-7 rental week.

(In Season) Deliveries start at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and should be completed by 7:00 P.M. All deliveries are made to the exterior of the building, usually the carport area. If your family stays in a condominium, these items will be placed outside the entry door.

(In Season) Orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Friday (the day before the customer’s arrival) will be placed on Saturday’s Delivery Run.

(In Season) Orders placed after 10:00 A.M. Friday (the day before the customer’s arrival) or Saturday (the day of the customer’s arrival) will be placed on the Sunday delivery run.

(In Season/Out Season) Orders placed on Sunday -Thursday after 10:00 A.M. will be placed on the next day delivery run.

This process helps to ensure the quality of service for our customers. 


What should I do with the rental items on the day of departure?

On the night before departure, beach rental items should be rinsed off with fresh water. This process helps with corrosion from the salt and sand.

On the day of your departure please leave all rental items where they were found on the day of arrival by 9:00 A.M.

There will be a $50 Charge if the Everything Beach Staff has to retrieve any items inside of a vacation home and/or garage.

Who is responsible if something happens to the equipment if it is damaged or stolen?

All rental items are inspected by the Everything Beach Staff and left in working order upon drop off of the Customer’s Vacation Home.

Customers agree to pay to replace rental items lost, damaged, or stolen while in their possession.  Replacement costs will be charged to the renter’s credit card.

For this reason, we ask that you inspect all equipment upon your arrival.  If you find a problem with your order, please call/text the  Everything Beach office (910) 329-0994 as soon as possible. We will have your issue taken care of in a timely manner.


Where do I place my Delivery Address?

On the Booking Details page make sure you place your Vacation Home Address in the “Please Deliver My Order to the Address Below” section under the Customer e-mail so the Staff will know where to deliver your items.


Do you charge for delivery of rental items?

Delivery and pickup on Topsail Island (Topsail Beach, Surf City, and/or North Topsail Beach) are included for orders.

Are there any town ordinances that must be followed when using a BBQ Grill?

Grilling is not permitted on wooden decks, inside screened-in porches, in garages, and in carport areas.

Do cooking utensils come with a BBQ Grill rental?

All BBQ Grill rentals include a filled propane tank, ignitor, and cleaning brush. Because of the corrosive beach environment ignition systems may not always light effectively so an ignitor is included for your convenience. Most vacation homes are equipped with cooking utensils.

Upon delivery, the Everything Beach Staff inspects, ignites, and heats each propane BBQ Grill to at least 350 degrees.

Upon your arrival, the grill may be moved but keep in mind the wind directions during each use.


What is there is a Hurricane?

There will be NO REFUNDS GIVEN BECAUSE OF MANDATORY EVACUATIONS RELATED TO HURRICANES. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover this possibility. If the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the Premises, the Guest must comply with that order. Guest is not entitled to any refund if they did not purchase vacation investment insurance. The guest that purchased insurance shall file a claim with that company for reimbursement.
