    • $100 charge for pets

    • A $50 fee is applicable for on-site-person estimates for deep clean or move-out services. However, this amount will be deducted from the final cost if you choose to proceed and book the cleaning service

    • Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will be subject to a 50% charge.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to 75% charge.
