  • Sand-Free Return Policy:

    • Before departing, kindly ensure that all rental items are completely free of sand. Place them in the designated area of delivery to prevent additional charges.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee.

  • Grill Cleaning Requirement:

    • It is mandatory to clean grills and dispose of ashes before they are picked up. Failure to comply will result in a $20 cleaning charge.

  • Renter's Responsibility:

    • Renters are accountable for the replacement of any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment while in their possession. The corresponding costs will be charged to the renter's credit card.

  • Additional Requests:

TERMS & CONDiTIONS Cleaning

  • Pet-Related Charges:

    • A $100 charge is applicable for spaces with pets to ensure thorough cleaning and removal of any pet-related residues. This fee helps address potential challenges associated with pet hair, dander, and odors.

  • Linen Cleaning Services:

    • Please note that we do not provide linen cleaning services as part of our standard offerings. We recommend handling linens separately to ensure their proper care and maintenance.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will incur a 50% charge.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 75% charge.

  • Cleaning Callbacks/Complaints:

    • In the event of a cleaning callback or complaint, we must be notified within 45 minutes to 1 hour to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.

  • On-Site Estimates:

    • A $50 fee is charged for on-site-person estimates related to deep clean or move-out services. This amount will be deducted from the final cost if you choose to proceed and book the cleaning service.

  • Excessive Cleaning:

    • Any cleaning requirements that extend beyond our standard cleaning services may be subject to additional fees. We will communicate and seek approval before proceeding with any extra charges.

    • Our cleaners will take pictures during and after the cleaning process. These images serve as documentation for your reference and our quality assurance.

  • Immediate Notifications:

    • We prioritize communication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes, we will notify you promptly to ensure transparency and collaboration.
